The target audience for this website are members of all ages from the local community who want to discover a good web service that provides weather information for their area as well as information about local events.
Most users will usually access the web site through their mobile device, but there will also be users accessing it from a computer. Statistically, most users will be economically active and with at least some college education. There will also be users that require the weather information to complete their every-day activities.
